The Allegro is the largest in the Alfa range. It has been designed to cater for larger group of people, from family to friends.

• The oven floor is made of interchangeable refractory tiles designed to store heat.
• The stainless steel dome reaches high temperatures while comsuming very little wood.
• The Allegro has a pyrometer to check the combustion chamber temperature.
• Two ergonomic wooden handles are fitted to the wide door to be able to adjust the draught inside the oven by controlling the fire.
